ABOUT REMI
Hi, I’m Amy, Founder and Creative Director of REMI the label
REMI the label started with a vision to create comfortable, well-designed travel outfits made from luxe fabrics that would hold their shape even after the longest travel days. REMI was something I planned to get to eventually, with no immediate plans to pursue the idea. That changed in March 2020 when the world shut down and my employment situation was impacted like so many. Not knowing what the future held I asked myself "if not now, then when"? Throwing caution to the wind, REMI the label was born at the start of a global pandemic.
While the original vision was for travel wear, the concept of high-quality and ultra-comfortable loungewear was the perfect fit for working from home as well.
After months of design changes, sourcing the perfect fabrics, and obsessing over every detail REMI's first collection was complete and I was ready to take the plunge and launch as an official brand.
The first collection consisted of our Original crewneck and jogger set, available in 3 colorways, a custom pendant necklace (designed in collaboration with graphic designer Alexis Livingston), a simple layering chain, hair clips, and hoop earrings.
Almost a year since launching REMI has dropped 3 collections in total: the Original, The CLOUD, and The RELAX collections. All collections have stayed true to the focus on comfort and quality, providing beautiful silhouettes making them the perfect choice for anyone looking for an everyday lounge set. In addition to these 3 main collections, REMI now offers basic tees, baseball caps, and several new jewelry pieces.
REMI will continue to offer limited edition neutral tones each season, and occasionally drop new styles as the brand grows. I look forward to expanding the brand though my mission remains the same: comfort, quality, and great fit. For the time being, most of REMI's products will be limited edition and will not be re-stocked - grab it before it's gone!
